Cherry Blossoms at the Quad Shoot Day

A WASHINGTON ADVENTURE

It was a crisp early morning that Mo, found herself outside the University of Washington Quad, as a spectator at the moment, like the other bleary-eyed early morning goers here. These people like had all woken early from their bed for this, some to get the long-sought-after shot, others to enjoy the quad before it became teeming with people and the few, the least of them.

The IG people, the people who came to get that elusive and demanding shot for the gram.
What can I say I was among them as well.

I wanted this shot for my Washington adventures, only the Lord knew how long I would be here might as well get all the lovely shots and memories as I can. Plus it’s Cherry blossoms for crying out loud a little Florida native girl’s dream. Or at least this little Florida native girl’s dream.

Today I was sporting a lovely light almost pale pink Cotton Ruched Puff Sleeve Skater Dress from Boohoo, one of the first outfits that I got for my new body. Body embracement is hard but so needed and this dress made it all much easier. The fit was perfect it made me feel cute but also sexy and it was fun and play while also being structured and perfect. What is it that the great Anne with and E said “Puffed sleeves are divine,” well she shall receive no arguments from me.

My outfit left much to be desired from both and the weather,
I was freezing it was about 34 degrees and I was in a skater dress with an ill-fitting barely warm pink Micheal kors coat. I probably would have been warmer if the coat could actually fit and I could zip it up but the overwhelming force of both nature and gravity prevented that from happening.

Let’s not mention the fact that even though I have been regularly working out the scale did not seem to want to give me even offer an inkling of hope, it had the audacity go up. But let’s stop thinking about this now.

A few other trees had caught my eye when we (me and my husband) did our little visit yesterday, I even brought along a flowy yellow summer dress. But, that idea was quickly dismissed once the chill had settled into my toes. (plus the tree looks quite sad a barren this morning) oh well, I’m pretty sure I can find another tree like this in Washington to enact my photography dreams upon.
